The Multiple Factor property is double. Maybe you use wrong decimal separator.

... if I write value "0.5", the result size of image is not multiplied by this value, but if I write value "0,5" it is changed automatically to value "0.5" and the result size is multiplied correctly. It is a little bit funny functionality Please, try it...

The value depends on the regional settings that you use.
We couldn't reproduce the issue. Could you send us a sample video and the regional settings that you use?
