Chart editor - How to view full value of property (2014.2)

Hi,

how can I view the value of a property if the value is longer than the control showing the value? I found no way to re-size the control and there is also no tooltip showing the full content. This applies to the chart editor in the main window the property pane can be re-sized horizontally.
