Prevent splitting cross tab sub groups

I have a cross tab with three levels of grouping on the vertical axis. Is there anyway to prevent it splitting the middle group over pages? Or, I guess, any group over pages?
The issue is that when it splits to a new page after one item in the inner most group, the title of the second group is then crammed into a single line and rarely fits. I want to make sure that it doesn't try to split these second level groups between pages to keep the standard number of lines for it's title.
