Please check if the issue is still present in 2020.2.1. Because, we have improved the algorithm for exporting reports and dashboards to a PDF file for JS and .NET Core components.

The Sub-Report component doesn't have the Can Grow and Grow to Height properties. The way of solving the issue differs, and depends on how it is implemented in your report. Please send us a sample with test data on which we will reproduce the issue.
