Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no effect with this property. We use the 2022.3.2 version of Stimulsoft Report.
Here is the sample I use in the overview above.

I have done some new tests with some our customers, with the designer on build 2020.2.2. It works better.
With the 2017.1.10.0, the problems appear with the last update of Windows 10 from the last week.
The only solution I have found is to reduce the image size before included it in the report.
