Compile with .net native tool chain with optimize code enabled failing

hi,
I attached sample project which reproduce the issue.
we are getting error when compile with release mode with enabled .net native tool chain and optimize code enabled
Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error ILT0005: 'C:\Users\TechAdmin\.nuget\packages\microsoft.net.native.compiler\2.0.0\tools\x64\ilc\Tools\nutc_driver.exe @"D:\tfs17\e2V55Projects\e2.GainzV2.5\e2.Gainz\obj\x64\Release\ilc\intermediate\MDIL\e2.Gainz.rsp"' returned exit code 1 e2.Gainz
so we are failing to publish the app to windows store.
if we removed stimulsoft reference sample project will build.

we are used Stimulsoft.Reports.UWP 2017.2.1 in our project.

hi ,
we complied with detailed debug and we found following error log

1> C:\Users\Anton\Documents\SourceCode\Stimulsoft.Reports\Stimulsoft.Report.UWP\Export\Services\StiPpt2007ExportService.cs(0) : fatal error N1002: Out of Memory (TaskId:464)

there is some code which is point to user folder where we do not have any Anton user
please investigate
