Bind Image in Report Silverlight Pure

Doubt 1:
I have three images (files. Png) in my silverlight project. Need loads them dynamically in .mrt file ?

Doubt 2:
Image stored in the database (byte array). How has it on in .mrt file?

I need an example?

Please try to use the DataColumn property for the image component.
