Charts go off page when you toggle Thumbnails

Hi,
I uninstalled the previous installation of 2016.3 on my PC, downloaded new 2016.3 and the re-installed it, however I can still see the issue.
Please find the screen shot attached.
Repro steps are same:
+ Browse to 2016.3 Demo for WPF -> Charts -> select 'Chart on DataBand' report
+ Select 'One page' option so that report shows 2 pages at a time (as shown in screenshot)
+ Toggle Thumbnails on and off
+ Notice that the charts go off the page..

If I can see the same problem in our product as well using 2016.3 dlls.

I tried the latest pre-release build 2016.3.3 and doesn't look like this issue is fixed yet.
