The Cross-tab component is very compilated.
There could be different reasons for the issue.
Could you send us a sample that will help us reproduce the issue?

Excuse me, it isn't possible to upload a sample because I work for a big project and can't isolate part of it. The problem is that I need KeepCrossTabTogether property set to true and, as a result same crosstab is randomly broken to parts depending on data. I have implemented a master-detail approach, where crosstab is in detail band.

The problem exists by the time I updated to 2019.2.1.
