Losing decimal values when switching language

I'm currently working on a WPF-Application.
I have a few values which I want to represent in a report.

The main problem is:
When my project is running in Englisch, everything is OK.
The other way round, if it's running in German, the comma's of the decimal values get lost.

I have debugged my application a few times, but haven't found the reason yet.

Has anyone of you an idea what the reason could be?
Could this be a Stimulsoft problem?
