Toolbar disappear in mobile browser.

Hello:

I meet a new problem, when open the parameter dialog in the APP inner browser, the toolbar has disappeared,but original browser is OK, my android version is 5.0. any help will be appreciated !

if you open this link with Android original browser,the parameter confirm toolbar is OK , if we use APP inner browser(such as Wechat etc.) open this link,the toolbar is empty.
