We do not have separate Ratio Plot chart. You can try to combine necessary result from another series types.

The closely resembling one is the candlestick chart. But once I select that, It doesn't allow me to combine any other series types! How do I enable it to combine all series?

Not all types of series would be combined. In your case, You can try to use Clustered Column, Line, Constant Line.

The gray bars and the point and line are easy.
