Adding Image into Report

I'm trying to add an image into a report but it does not display on edit/preview or when running from view. We are running Stimulsoft Reports.Web for MVC Version 2016.3.7 embedded into our application and need to add a secondary image for a specific report that cannot be stored inside our application. Any help would be appreciated. Images attached

A sample report is attached. Thanks for looking into it.

I have managed to get the client to put the image in a public URL to solve for now but it would be useful to see if we could get this working.
