User Defined Table Parameter

Hello,
How Can I pass User Defined Table Type as a parameter to stored Procedure?
I Create This parameters requested from user as show in the picture but when i was connected to the stored Procedure always give me this error (Failed to convert parameter value from a IntString to a String).
