Duplicate panel on same page

I tried it in several ways but I still can not ...
What I need is to display the contents of a panel on the same page, doubling their values.

I need the report in the format of this image, however, the data in the first frame must be the same in the second frame and not the sequence of the list.

Motivation:
In the company, when the employee picks up his payment receipt, he / she will need to sign one way to him and the other way he / she stays with the company, for this reason, I need the values of his salary to be duplicated in the report format.

Could someone give me an help on how I could copy the first frame to the second.
