Hi Lech,

I strongly believe It is a current bug. I am having the exact same problem with licensed version v2019.3.7. It it is pretty annoying to reconfigure all settings every time start/restart the Designer. I am using the Standalone designer in Windows 10 with latest updates.

I found the setting file Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\Stimulsoft.Report.Design.config was reset with default values:
<Item Key="GridSizeMillimeters" Value="2" Type="System.Double" />

instead of
<Item Key="GridSizeMillimeters" Value="0.1" Type="System.Double" /> after the Designer started/restarted.
