Hi , im using stimulsoft for website and it works fine. but i faced an issue which im not able to solve it,
could you explain it to me how to solve this issue ?
issue details :
i drag textbox on my report and i will load HTML codes inside this textbox , but after i load long texts into that textbox, problem will appear and when i try to save PDF file , there will be empty box and nothing will appear there.
my texts are in Persian language.
i tried to change font name and its work fine while im using windows Fonts like 'Tahoma' and others , but whenever i want to use popular fonts like 'B Nazanin' , this issue will appear .
what should i have to do ?
if problem is from Font, then how to fix and build this font ? cuz i really want to use this font , not others.

Hello.
Most of the standard fonts does not contain national characters. In this case Windows uses the "font fallback". This algorithm is very complicated and, therefore, is not realized in the exports. To output national characters, please, use the font which contain all necessary characters. For example, the "Arial Unicode MS" font contains many national characters.
