date Variable and a variable dependent

How to use the date Variable and a variable dependent on date.
For Eg: If I select date range I would see only data dependent on the date range

If I create date range parameter (From Date - To Date ) as one parameter (SelectDate)
and If I select a date from and to i would see only the job no Data in the next parameter (Job no)
SO Job no value depends on date range parameter
