Cannot Print Flash Content on Mozilla Firefox 56.0.2 64bit

Hi there,

after auto Mozilla Firefox update to 56.0.2 64bit I cannot print flash content. I also tried to print from Mozilla Firefox 64bit your Flex demo reports http://demo.stimulsoft.com/#Flex but still same issue. The issue is the same if I try to print inside ViewerFx or from Firefox print button, when the button is pressed nothing happened! Please help. Thank you in advance.

This is the problem with Firefox, is only the following solution: disable the protection mode of the Flash Player plug-in settings of the browser plug-ins, and reload the browser with cleaning the cache.

Could you please guide me for the above. I tried to to disable the protection mode of the Flash Player plug-in from about:config -> dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode;true and then clean the firefox cache but nothing happened. Same result as before nothing happened.

Mozilla said that protection mode of the Flash Player plug-in apply on 32bit version of FF only, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ad ... de-firefox

Hello,

Unfortunately, there are not any other solutions. It is the issue with the flash plugin and Firefox browser.
You can use the "Print as PDF" or "Print as HTML" modes for printing.
