DateTime Parse Error - Chart on Web

When using a Microsoft SQL data source and publishing a report using PHP, there is a DateTime parse error on my line chart. Any time a date/time is used as the x-axis value there are errors on the website, but it works fine in the preview.

I've manipulated the date format in various ways in the dataset and in the report designer, but nothing works. What can I do? It only happens with date/time in the x-axis.
