Clear DataBand when no Data is returned

I have a report that has a DataBand that is connected to a JSON datasource.
When i initially load the report, the data is displayed correctly in the databand,
When I change a parameter and press the Submit button to reload the data and the data comes back empty, the DataBand keep the data from the previous load. It is not becoming empty.

We couldn't reproduce this bug on our demo. Please clarify which version are you use?
