report display problem

Hi,

I'm having two problems regarding report.js:

1. The report previewed correctly in Designer but after deployed to view at browser, the date and time field were rendered incorrectly.
For exmaple in designer, the date field displayed as
date: 26/01/2019 08:00:00
time :01/01/1970 23:30:00
but on browser:
date: 26 January 2019 00:00:00
time : (blank)

changing the Text Format did not help.

2. In Designer, the group header is visible. But at the browser, the group header is missing.

These issues already reported to Support but no much help is forth coming. I need to know if other users facing similar problems.
