I can't figure out this issue. I have an image png or jpeg that is inserted from url.
When I load the viewer, The image is showing well, but when I want to print or export as pdf, the image is not shown.
The image is not a watermark.
I'm using ultimate 2019.2.3 with license ultimate.
I've sent you the mrt file at support@stimulsoft.com

Has this been resolved? We recently updated and now this has started happening. We are using the Web version, but it sounds like the version doesn't matter. Images put on reports are not printing.

Hello,
Please try to use the renderAsync() method.
Thank you.

Re: Image not showing when export to pdf or print
I'm also experiencing this. I don't really know where to put renderAsync().. and don't really see how this would help? When using the StiViewer (or the stiDesigner when previewing) the images appear fine, but when I print, or save-as PDF, it just shows a gray placeholder for the image. I'm wondering if the images aren't given enough time to load or something?
If I use the Windows desktop version of Stimulsoft, I can save as PDF fine, it just seems to be when using the Javascript engine.
