Why don't you use the JDBC connection?

How can I use jdbc connection to mongodb? I tried some third party commercial products like
http://www.unityjdbc.com. Bug generally I'm having many issues with it (exceptions, tables in designer are quite ugly - i mean nested objects as relation tables)

Sorry, for the misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, at the current moment, MongoDB is not supported in Java version.
