Error in weeknumber when report called in another language

When i use the function {WeekOfYear(SCHEDULESHIFTS.DATE)} to show the number of the chosen week, the weeknumber is being shown correctly when i call this report in dutch.
When i call it in French, it shows the wrong weeknumber. See the attachment for an example.
To test if the data are correct, i also used the function {(SCHEDULESHIFTS.DATE)} in the report, and then open the report again. This shows that the dates are actually correct, as is also shown in the attachment.
In Stimulsoft designer i tried to fix it by changing culture, but that doesnt change anything.
Anyone has got any idea what to try/ how to solve this issue? Thanks!
