Registration failed

Hello,

we would like to use the fre 5 user license from Report.Ultimate.
I use the login for the download page.

Trying to register failed with the error: 417 Expectation failed.

Where is the error?

Hello.

Sorry for this problem. You could download the latest version of the Stimulsoft Reports.Server.
Please, uninstall the previous version before installing the new one.
Could you also send us information about operation system and installed service pack?

Thanks, for the quick replay.

I have deinstall old version, install new version.
unfortunately, new error: computer connection refused 137.117.224.218:80

i have check the ip:

nslookup activation.stimulsoft.com
Name: waws-prod-am2-003.cloudapp.net
Address: 137.117.224.218
Aliases: activation.stimulsoft.com
stimulsoft-server-activation.azurewebsites.net
waws-prod-am2-003.vip.azurewebsites.windows.net

It's the same IP.

My system is a Win 2008 R2 Standard Server with all patches
Internet Information Services 7.5..7600.16365

Sorry again for the inconvenience. We have made some improvements with the issue. Please download the newest version with the fix at http://admin.stimulsoft.com/Downloads/S ... 2014.3.exe If it does not help, please write us to support@stimulsoft.com We have a utility that activates licenses another way.

Please let us know about the results of testing.
