I'm evaluating Report Server 2017.1.11 and I get the following error message when I create a new report against a SQL Server database and attempt to preview it.

error CS0542: 'Report': member names cannot be the same as their enclosing type


Steps to reproduce

• Create new datasource to SQL Server database
• Create new report and drag new datasource into Data panel of New Report dialog
• Select Standard Report from the New page of the designer
• Select a table from the datasource, press Next, Next, Finish. Now on home page of designer with table columsn added to the report
• Click Preview tab and the CS0542 error pops up

I have attached the report that is generating the error. I can reproduce it 100% of the time.

We couldn't reproduce this bug on our test data.

Could you clarify - this error occurs on any data or specific? Could you please send us a test data on which issue is reproduced for analysis.

It occurs with a QA sample database for our main application. It is being caused by one or more tables in out database. If I create a new database connection that only uses the table that I used for the report, it works as expected.

What would be the appropriate way of sending the test data? It would be a 9mb zip file of a 100 mb database backup.
