Hello dears
All Persian texts in stimulsoft chart are incorrect like below image:

Could you specify the version of our product?
Could you send us your report template with sample data and more detailed description of the issue?

I use your latest version of your product(2017.1.10)
I attached sample project which you can see persian texts are incorrect within it.
