Vertical lines start incorrectly on second page

I am having trouble with vertical lines spanning a Group Header, Data Band and Group Footer.
In the PDF attachment you can see the vertical lines that span the Data Band start correctly on the first page but on the second page they start at the top of the group.
You can see the band layout in the attached image.

I cannot find a setting that would affect this behavior.
Am I trying to do something that will not work?
I am using the browser based editor.

Hello.

The PrintAtBottom property of the Footer band helped to solve that issue.
Please, try to set it too.

Thank you.

Has this post been resolved? I constantly get vertical lines that extend through the header of the second page! This is very frustrating.
