Question regarding collapsing of parameter panel + positioning of tabs

Hello,
as far as I know the parameter panel of web dashboards cannot be collapsed or hidden.
Due to the fact, that the parameter panel uses a lot of space and will not be used for a while
after data was loaded, I would appreciate if it could be collapsed or hidden by the user.
Is there already a way to do this or have you planned such a feature for a future release?
In addition to that I would like to see the tabs being positioned below the parameter panel, because after
data was initially loaded, tabs are much more important for navigation than the parameter panel.
How do you think about that?
