Gauge control data loading

With current Gauge, loading data always starts from the beginning. How do I achieve the effect of the following video？

This is not the case, I am not referring to the color range. It means that every time the refresh button is clicked, Gauge's pointer will always load from 0. Can the effect be the same as that of the attachment, the first time the refresh button pointer points to 10, and the second click refresh loads from 10. Instead of loading from 0.
