Prevent flickering on refresh?

We set the refresh time to one of our dashboards to 1 second.
It works but is is very ugly with the "flickering" each second :/
Any solution to fix this flickering?

Hello,
The whole dashboard is being redrawn.
I am not sure that we can do anything.
Could you increase the refresh time?

Can you talk wie the devs, if we can do anything?
For example we have a Dashboard which contains a clock (with seconds) so we redraw the dashboard ech second and the flickering is VERY ugly and make headache :/
