Unable to add Image in already working mrt.

Hi all,
I wanted to add an image in already working mrt.

One of my mrt report is unable to edit any already used controls. Here I am trying to put logo image but unable to edit even minor changes.
If I changed the report a bit its unable to open the report that already running or opening without any error. It showing only in loading mode.
But in some other reports its working perfectly fine able to put image.

The version I am using is Reports.Net 2013.3

When I debugged the code I found this error
"Cross-thread operation not valid: Control 'StiProgressForm' accessed from a thread other than the thread it was created on. "

And in the Eventlog I found the following error.

"Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown."

Please suggest me what are the solutions.
