How to chenge value in Dependent Varible

I create a report with win.designer and use dependent variables.
My first and second Variable fill from datasets.
in my dataset i use the parameter to set them. because my values most than 1000000 and i must filter them with parameter .
First time when report run, it works correctly and fills second combo, but when i choose other item of first combo, second combo dosn't fill automatically
