sent report in the body of e-mail - lost picture

Hello,
I have problem with sending the report mht in the body od e-mail. I need to send report with picture "company logo", which is placed on external store accesible via https. The link is working.
when I build the report, logo is visible and working. when I sent the same report by mail (not as attachement), the picture is not shown.
anybody solve this problem?
