Repeat master information on each detail line

Hi,

I want to repeat the information of my master record (section in yellow on the image) on each of the detail record (green section), by default the information appear only on the first detail line.

I can't embed the detail band in the master and put my fields in the detail band because some of the master don't have any detail to show (like the first record of the example)
