Missing New Form Ability

We updated recently from Stimulsoft.net 2017.1.6 to 2019.2.3 (yes, I know we are slow adopters). In the 2017 version, we were able to create either a New Page or a New Form. Where is the functionality in the new version to create a form?

Please, go to the File - Options and enable the Show Dialog Forms option there.
