Outside labels of pie are overlapping?

Good afternoon,

I have created a radar graph which, when generating the report does not reflect correctly.

The problem is that on the X-Axis, I have unticked the "Rotation Labels" options as I would like the labels to be horizontal, however, when I view the image there is a clear white background covering the other labels.

To test, I have ticked the "Draw Border" option to see whether the labels have indeed been rotated horizontally. The labels have indeed been rotated horizontally, but the border still shows at an angle - This interferes with the other labels.

I have set brush to both "empty" and "transparent" but it does not seem to take the problem away. Prevent Intersection has also been ticked.

Any guidance please? What am I missing?
