Problem with Cyrillic fonts and PDF

Hello,

I have very strange problem. I have an application that runs over 5 years at user site with no problems. Four computers use application on daily base and all were run Windows 7 OS, this year one computer was upgraded to Windows 10. After that moment report preview is Ok but print is not only on that Windows 10 computer, rest computers on Windows 7 run report as it was earlier before change. Fonts are not readable. This report is combination of Cyrillic and Latin fonts. If we try to export preview to PDF, application GPF with error whose windows are attached to this message.
All other computers which stays on Windows 7 print this report without problem. All computers prints to same network printer.
I upgraded my application from 2016.1 version of StimulSoft to 2019.2.3 but nothing changed.

What is causing my problem?

Hello,

Please clarify which fonts are used? Also, please check that these fonts are installed on that PC.
