Chart: Fixing both axes ranges ignores that set for the right

Hi,

I have a simple chart with 2 lines series, one against the left Y Axis, the other to the Right.

With at least one Range set to Auto it behaves OK - both series are fully displayed.

If I have both fixed then the series using the right axis ignores the fixed range - seems to auto scale but incorrectly with some values off the chart area

Any suggestions to the cause? Example project attached.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set Range for both axes in one Chart. Sorry.
