Using Globalization String on Table Column Value

Hello,
I'm using globalization string and I have a numeric value column in the X table. I want to use the column value meanings together globalization. How can I write this expression?

I have a numeric value column;
type English meaning Turkish meaning
0 FALSE Yanlıs
1 TRUE Dogru

I want to write Text1 Culture Text1.Text Properties with if clause in Globalization Editor.
