One page data on the back of another

I have a report that fetches entity information for notification (whatever).
When the report has only one entity, the first page that is the front of the document and the second page that is the back of the document is generated.
When it has more than one it generates the first page twice, once with entity "A" and then with entity "B". And then generates page 2 with entity "A" and entity "B".
How do I get the report to generate the first and second page according to each entity, ie a for entity "A" generates page 1 and "2" and for entity B generates page 1 and 2 ?
