Image from filename from database

I am trying to use the image element in a report but I do not know how to pass the image file location to it other than statically setting it with the file name selection.
I want to dynamically load it from a file path saved in a database.

Could someone help me. Seems my only options are for "Data Column", "Expression", or "Hyperlink". The other ones seems to be a static set value.
I just do not know what sort of data these are looking for or how to format it properly.
