Bug in PrintOn-Property of Overlayband?

Hello,

when I do the following I receive an 'Exception Report' dialog:

1. Start Designer
2. Add an overlay band to the new report
3. Set the property 'Print on' of the overlay band to 'Except first page'
4. Change to preview tab
5. See the mentioned 'Exception Report' dialog

Doing the same with an data band e.g. does not end in with an 'Exception Report' dialog.

Is that a bug or am I doing anything wrong?
