Final rows in report are not showing when printing

Some of our client from US reported that few final rows of report are being chopped off when printing.
We can reproduce this issue in Australian development center using A4 paper size but In India we cannot reproduce this issue using A4 as well as some other paper size.
Note:
*If we export and print to/from PDF, the report prints as expected.
*This appears to only be happening on reports that fill an entire page or are multi-pages.

Is this issue is due to the different paper size used in different geographical location or due to some different printer setting ?
Can you help... where to start with, to nail down the problem.
we are using 2014.3.0.0 of stimulsoft report.
