Creating Grouped Report Table Like view

hi, I'm new to Stimulsoft Reports .
I've been doing some RTFM but couldn't find exact solution.

by assuming we have some tables in DB e.g ;

Projects -> ProjectPhases -> ProjectPhaseSteps -> ProjectPhaseStepStatusTracker

i want to create a report like this :

Hi,

I have a problem when using Processing Duplicates property
Like example on top, when the Project Title is long(more than one line), i wordwrap it but it make other columns height grow too
Any idea on how to make other columns not to grow height?
ps: i need Grow To Height property to be True as other columns borders will be matching lines
