add variable below of datasource

hi.

i want to add some variable below of a datasource, but when print report variables placed middle of datasource not below of it.

i have some question
1. how can i fix it?
2. how can i add variables to panel like footer panel?
3. when i want add 2 datasource in a report the same problem happen that means second table placed in middle of first datasorce?
