Wont show report in viewer on Korean windows

Our client is experiencing problems when generating a report. The issue is, that when report is generated, it will not be shown in the viewer. Exporting and printing seem to work as if report was there and full screen view also works. Nothing can be seen in "normal" view, even though the number of pages shown seems to be correct. See attached image for details.

We created a dummy report and tried executing it remotely to isolate the problem. We also created a simple report/application to isolate the issue. See attachments for details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the issue locally... but it occurs on at least two separate computers using Windows 7 x64, Korean language and localization. Also running as administrator does not change behavior.

We need more information about those machines. How many displays are attached? Is there touch interface on any monitor?

Also we saw some issues with the Viewer. Please, try to change size of the Viewer. Just drug the corner of the Window. Will you see the report?

Computer only has 1 display attached, without touch interface. We also tried resizing the viewer, but the problem remains. Also changing between page view (single/multi/continuous) or resizing, which would presumably force page refresh, doesn't solve the issue. Report only shows in full page (F2) view, but not in normal.

We need to run the project in Debug mode on those machines.
Is it possible to install the Visual Studio on any of that machines?

I believe we managed to reproduce the error locally (still waiting for customer response), this time on windows 10 64bit, english language, with no additional screens or touch interfaces. For now, i cannot see the pattern or conditions, that cause this behaviour.
The problem occurs if "thumbnails (ctrl + T)" option in the viewer is active. If you look at the image provided in my first post, you can see, that the option is active, but no thumbnails preview on the side is visible.

Yeah, we tried several computers, but only found one local that is causing problems...

Regarding remote debugging: Installing anything on customers computer is out of the question. As for debugging on our local computer, it already has VS2015 installed but I will need a bit more info about the procedure/possible ports opening etc. to present to our IT service. I'm not sure whether they will allow it. I hope you can understand and sorry for slow process.

Also: same error seems to occur in designer preview.

[C]:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Stimulsoft\
