We will need valid Invoice which means recognized by China Tax Bureau. Please list all your agents that locates in Mainland China.

If i pay extra $999.95, i can get one year subscription and source code. Is it the complete souce code or only part of them? Will it have any restriction in secondary development? Will i be allowed to modify the souce code and then build a new dll file?

We provide full source code exept Stimulsoft.Controls.Win.dll because in Stimulsoft Reports.Net we use third party GUI controls from DevComponents company. We don’t provide source code for these GUI controls. You can’t use these GUI controls directly from your applications.

Yes, you are allowed to modify source. The only restriction is that you must keep our copyrights in source code.
