a problem with showing horizontal line (inside the border) in web viewer!!!!

hi,
at the stimulsoft.Report.web when you add any border to page, then add a horizontal line inside that, the line not show at the rendered page(html preview).
i use stimulsoft.ultimate trail 2010.1
i hope you solve this problem.
